What Makes A Great Resume?

A great resume is a combination of a fabulous marketing brochure (about you), and a legal brief.  The marketing brochure part is the selling material, carefully woven to highlight the key features about you – your experience, accomplishments, skills, and personality - that are important to your target employer. The legal brief part is building the argument, as an attorney would, that you must be interviewed. Sounds simple!

We have many rich tools we use to accomplish this – specialized writing skills for headlines,  summaries, branding statements, accomplishments; editing for careful selection of materials; design and formatting; decisions about positioning and customization (especially when multiple resumes are needed).
